Paid Acquisition · Legaltech, online business filings

+46% budget, +149% revenue

How assigning a value to each filing in Google Ads made it possible to bid on revenue, not on lead volume.

The client's starting goal

Online business filings platform (company formation, changes and dormancy), about twenty Search campaigns and €8,000 to €15,000 a month, in a market dominated by large players. On its flagship products, the advertiser showed up on only one search in four, and Google Ads counted leads without knowing their value. We made the account bid on revenue.

Key actions

Each filing type was assigned a value in Google Ads, then budget was shifted to the products that bring in the most, the brand was locked down, and new campaigns were tested against standard Search.

  1. Each filing type assigned a value in Google Ads, to bid on revenue
  2. Budget shifted to the most profitable products: contribution auditor, holding company, family SARL
  3. Brand locked down against competitors bidding on its own name
  4. AI Max tested and kept where it beats standard Search, remarketing by company type

The impact

In Q2 2026, revenue generated by Google Ads grew 149% year over year, with 46% more budget and 19% more conversions. On the flagship product, impression share rose from 26% to 64%, and brand is near saturation at 97%.

The account no longer chases the cheapest lead: every euro is allocated based on what the filing brings in.
